Vanessa Charles


Vanessa Charles is the manager of internal and functional communications at Boston Scientific. As the managing editor for the company's global employee publications, she's responsible for leading efforts that inspire and engage employees by connecting them to the company's mission, values and each other. A former reporter, she has been a content strategist for many organizations, including a global biopharmaceutical company, a multi-national utility, a Native American tribe and a cabinet-level government agency. She holds a bachelor's in journalism and a master's in mass communications.
