Report: You can measure social media
At least that what it says in the new Social Influence Marketing (SIM) report from Razorfish. “Not only do campaign specific metrics matter and can be measured but we believe a SIM Score for the social web is extremely important,” Razorfish’s Shiv Singh said, citing the report. “Think of it as the blood pressure for the brand in the social web.” Singh also noted that, according to the report, companies haven’t figured out how to build their brands in social media.
