Samsung recalls 2.8 million washing machines
The company is struggling with another product issue. More than 700 reports have been made against the appliances, which can cause injury from vibration.

The company is recalling 2.8 million top-load washing machines due to “excessive vibration.”
In one case, Consumerist reported, the washing machine vibrated so violently that it broke a user’s jaw. Another injured a customer’s shoulder.
“The washing machine top can unexpectedly detach from the washing machine chassis during use, posing a risk of injury from impact,” the Consumer Product Safety Commission reports.
