Sara Lee’s PR is ‘straight out of the Soviet playbook’

Looks like Sara Lee, a publicly traded company, stole a page from Apple PR’s playbook — that is, offer as little detail as possible about your CEO’s health.  News broke yesterday that Sara Lee CEO Brenda Barnes, who went on medical leave about one month ago, had suffered a stroke.
