Scientists to Toyota: You need to improve your crisis management
Wow! You know your PR is lacking when scientists say it needs help. The Union of Japanese Scientists and Engineers issued a report indicating Toyota “needs to do more to improve its crisis management and close a public-relations culture gap between head office in Japan and other parts of the world,” reports the Financial Times . Toyota recruited a number of outside groups — among them the Union of Japanese Scientists and Engineers — to help improve its transparency.
