Study: 59 percent of companies have no strategic plan for social media

There’s good news and puzzling news about social media, based on a new survey by marketing firm Digital Brand Expressions. The good news: 78 percent of companies that responded to the survey said they use social media. And now the puzzling part: Only 41 percent said they have a strategic plan to guide their social media efforts. Are you working at one of these companies?
