Study: American kids spent nearly every waking hour consuming media

A new study from the Kaiser Family Foundation found Americans, ages 8 to 18, spend more than 7.5 hours a day – not including when they’re in school – using a smart phone, computer, television, or other electronic device; that’s compared with less than 6.5 hours, when the study was last conducted.
