Study: Internet now more popular than TV — a first
When asked which medium they would eliminate from their lives — television or Internet — more people chose to eliminate TV. “Forty-nine percent of respondents chose to eliminate TV, compared to just more than 48 percent who said they would get rid of the Internet,” MarketingCharts reported. This is the first time Internet has topped TV as the “most essential” medium, MarketingCharts noted.
