Study: Majority of corporate professionals are unhappy in their jobs
But the Accenture report says most of them aren’t going to do anything about it. Sound familiar?
Do you want the good news or the bad news first?
OK, here’s the bad news. A global survey by Accenture—titled The Path Forward—shows the majority of business professionals (58 percent) are unhappy at work.
The good news? 69 percent maintain they are not planning on leaving anytime soon. Most of the respondents (64 percent) said they would stay put because of flexible work arrangements.
