Study: PR execs think clients will continue trimming their PR budgets

A study released this week from Worldwide Partners Inc. and ECCO International Communications Network found that 34 percent of ad and PR agency CEOs anticipate further cuts in their clients’ budgets. Twenty-two percent expect budgets to increase. The study noted that 76 percent of clients have already cut their 2009 budgets through September.
