Survey: 74 percent of Canadians unaware of Twitter

Sick of Twitter? Consider moving to Canada, where, according to an online survey by Ipsos Reid, a mere 26 percent of Canadians are aware of the social media Web site. Of those aware of Twitter, only 6 percent actually use it, the survey found. Quebecers, it turns out, were the least likely to “bat an eyelash” at Twitter, as CBC News put it.
