Survey: Facebook on par with IRS and airlines for customer satisfaction

Looks like Facebook, despite all its popularity, could use some positive PR. The social network was included in this year’s American Customer Satisfaction Index. “The result,” reports The Wall Street Journal , is that “Facebook came out with one of the lowest ranks of any company measured by the Index — a 64 out of 100.
