This exists: Hot Dog Council launches photo contest
It’s Memorial Day weekend. Chances are you’ll be eating tubular meats. Why not snap a picture of yourself and enter this contest? There are cash prizes.
For instance, there’s ASQ, formerly the American Society for Quality. This makes sense. I like high-quality things. I strive to do high-quality work. Why am I not a dues-paying member?
There’s also the American Sheep Industry Association, which should partner with the American Insomnia Association.
In honor of #MemorialDay weekend, I’d like to draw attention to one of my favorite niche industry groups, the National Hot Dog & Sausage Council, which is hosting a photo contest.
The wiener—ahem, sorry—winner will get some cash and will be featured on the group’s Facebook page. There seems to be no consolation prize for the wurst photo.
