Top 10 consumer complaints of 2010

The Federal Trade Commission released its annual list of consumer gripes on Tuesday. The complaint topping the list holds the No. 1 spot for 11th straight year.

Don’t worry about it. Actually, you should worry—and you should do something about it—but just know it didn’t rank among the top 10 customer complaints last year, according to the Federal Trade Commission.

On Tuesday, the FTC released its list of the top consumer complaints received by the agency in 2010. For the 11th straight year, identity theft topped the list. Debt collection was No. 2.
