Twitter makes it easier for users to block harassers

In a move designed to end bullying and silence trolls in the Twitterverse, the social media platform has a new tool that can more easily report offending profiles and tweets.

Last month, Twitter partnered with Women, Action & the Media in its efforts to stop online harassment, and now the social networking giant is improving the reporting process for its users.

Twitter announced the move yesterday with a video showing how blocking accounts has been simplified:
