United Airlines addresses email to ‘Mr. Human’
The reply doesn’t display any effort on the airline’s part to make it look like anything but a form letter.
It should be pretty obvious that airlines don’t actually care about your comments/concerns/requests/complaints. But one airline is particularly adept at showing customers how much it doesn’t care.
For the second time in the past three months, United has sent someone a form letter without actually changing the form.
This time, a letter was addressed to “Mr. Human” in a response to Tampa-area reporter Chris Chmura:
“Dear Mr. Human.” …how @United responded to my letter. Accurate? Yes. Suspicious? Also, yes. #travel @consumerist pic.twitter.com/WTmCIFdy5R
