Watch: Herman Cain’s ridiculous new campaign ad

Some have called it a hoax—although it appears the video is legit—while others are wondering why Block is smoking a cigarette in the ad. Is Cain going for the smokers’ vote (and, more importantly, the Big Tobacco dollars)? The Atlantic asked. Cain and Block have opposed smoking bans in the past.
