Which e-retailer has the worst customer service?

A new report shows that customer satisfaction with retail and e-commerce companies has fallen dramatically, with one company leading the pack.

Overall, the results aren’t good. According to the website 24/7 Wall St.:

The ASCI data [for the retail and e-commerce industries] shows an erosion in consumer satisfaction scores. It is the largest drop the research operation has reported since 2008—at the depth of the recession.

ASCI scores companies with a number between 0 and 100; the higher the number is the better. Ranking last among all online retailers is Priceline.com, with a score of 73.
