Your people are working from home. But how are they doing? Have you surveyed them to find out?
COVID-19 has disrupted our lives, including our work lives. This may be a good time to check in with your people and see how they’re doing.
Think of this as a quick check-in for those working under different – or difficult – circumstances. How are they feeling? Are they getting the information they need? What are they missing?
We put together a sample survey for your internal use. The survey should take employee about five minutes. There are 20 questions broken into four parts:
- Part 1: Tell us about your situation and how you’re doing.
- Part 2: Rate our effectiveness in staying connected with you.
- Part 3: Tell us how you’re using our communications channels.
- Part 4: Demographics
