YouTube: Victory in lawsuit with Viacom important for Web communications

In Viacom’s $1 billion copyright infringement lawsuit against YouTube, the court decided that YouTube is protected by the safe harbor of the Digital Millenium Copyright Act against claims of copyright infringement.
