HOW TO ENTER
On the entry form, tell us what makes the agency, campaign/initiative, person or team one of the best from the past year. We ask that the synopsis is a minimum of 300 words and a maximum of 1,000 words.
**Categories are open to all agency types: PR, Marketing, Digital or Integrated. Entries may be submitted by an employee of the agency, or a client or partner of the agency.
When applicable, please include the following sub-headings:
- Strategy and tactics
- Evaluation: success, results or ROI
You also may include other information that you feel strengthens your entry.
You will be able to upload additional documents to your submission. We ask that you please include at least two supplemental materials and encourage you to include press releases, design concepts, videos, analytics, testimonials and anything else you feel will give us a better sense of your project. Proprietary or internal information can also be attached and will not be shared with the public.
Entries may be submitted by agencies of any type, worldwide. We also accept client or partner nominations on behalf of agencies. The only requirement is that entries be submitted in English.

This year’s program is open to any work executed between Sept. 1, 2021, and Sept. 23, 2022, inclusive.
The fee for this program is $425 per entry.
A late fee of $199 per entry will be added to all entries received after 11:59 p.m. Central time, Sept. 23, 2022.

What does it take to be a winner?We are looking for top-quality work that shows clear, bold and creative ideas that benefit your client(s). Please provide metrics or media coverage that back up your claims, and share creative collateral such as videos, visual design or websites that were a part of your project. We encourage you to submit your entry into multiple categories, if you feel they are relevant. Doing so increases your chances of winning.
What are the entry requirements?Be sure to follow the guidelines laid out in the "How To Enter" section. Work must have been executed between Sept. 1, 2021 and Sept. 23, 2022, inclusive.
Why are some deadlines extended?We extend deadlines based on applicant needs and upcoming promotional opportunities.
Who are the judges?Our judge panels include industry leaders in the internal communications, marketing, PR and communications industry.
When will I find out results?We try to announce a list of finalists six to eight weeks after the close of the program. The announcement of the winners comes about four weeks after the announcement of the finalists. Each announcement will be made with a headline on our website, in our daily email newsletter and on our social media platforms. Emails notify entrants of these announcements. As deadlines are extended, so are expected announcement dates.
