Zenith Awards to honor greatness in PR, marketing and mixternal comms

The new program will recognize the strategy, creativity and innovation driving the communications industry forward.

Communicators are having a moment – and it’s not a quiet one.

Today’s comms professionals are stepping into the spotlight. They’re guiding corporate reputation in a world of global mistrust, navigating sweeping changes in the media world and helping organizations tackle everything from cultural flashpoints to AI integration.

Whether embedded in a global brand or leading agency strategy, communicators are being asked to do more, and be more visible, than ever before.

That evolution led Ragan Communications to launch the Zenith Awards, a new honors program celebrating exceptional achievements across PR, marketing and communications. The awards will debut this November during Communications Week, a national celebration of the industry.

“As the pinnacle event for communications professionals, Communications Week provides the perfect opportunity to celebrate excellence in our field with the Zenith Awards,” said Diane Schwartz, CEO of Ragan. “We are proud to spotlight the outstanding achievements of communicators who are driving meaningful impact and setting new standards for our industry.”

For over 50 years, Ragan has been a trusted resource for communicators seeking inspiration, training and community. The company reaches more than 200,000 professionals through editorial content, networking councils and over 50 events annually.

The Zenith Awards are the latest addition, reflecting the scope, sophistication and speed of today’s communications work.

With over 60 categories, the Zenith Awards aim to be one of the most comprehensive programs in the industry. From crisis response and AI-powered campaigns to social justice storytelling, internal culture-building and reputation management, the awards span the full spectrum of modern communication.
